Really enjoyed the course. Was engaging and not too heavy. Big emphasis was made on making the content relative to our work so it was far more relatable.

Michael always provides us with regular rest breaks and time to reflect and discuss with the rest of the group. I always leave with lots more information than I started - great course so far.

There was quite mixed ability in the class so sometimes it was slightly slower paced for me, but the facilitator was excellent and kept the course going well. I would like to progress to the next level course.
