I found the day really useful. Gill showed us how to use Excel more effectively, use many of the functions and make the platform work for us. I think that employing the strategies that Gill shared will save a lot of time.

Really enjoyable training and looking forward to incorporate some of the knowledge I have gained by putting it into practice.

Facilitator was great - knowledgable, patience, warm, calm and made sure we understood everything and what we learnt was relevant.

I enjoyed the really practical solutions the most - inbox 3210, the meeting tool, how to structure/subject line your emails, four frogs. Having processes to follow is really helpful. I also really enjoyed the communication part of the session, and I think it'll be relevant to more parts of my life than just work.

Really useful - gave a good overview and lots to think about! It also gave me an idea of things we need to dig into deeper as a team.

Absolutely brilliant training session! One of the best training days I have had the pleasure to complete. Daphne made the course fun, interactive and engaging, as a result I will remember what was taught as well as encourage others to attend future sessions. This is an absolute must for ALL members of the organisation and should be renewed yearly.

Insightful training. Learnt a lot about how to use some of features on Dynamics. There were features and functionalities on there that I wasn't aware and knowing this will help deliver my work efficiently. Learnt how to set goals and objectives on the HR portal.
