thoroughly enjoyed the course, it has helped me to develop further knowledge that will enhance my work.

I thought this was really constructive. Particularly from the perspective of someone with little experience chairing. I am walking away with more confidence in the idea of chairing moving forward and think it is a beneficial course for even those who have no interest or need to chair, for conflict resolution purposes.

I enjoyed my learning experience - I was able to follow and keep up with the tasks shown and asked us to do. The atmosphere was very welcoming and relaxing making the entire training session enjoyable and leaving the training that I had learnt things that I would be able to use in my day to day work. Great AI intro course and practical exercises

I thought Jo was absolutely excellent. She created a friendly environment and encouraged us to talk things through properly with my fellow coaches. I thought I might struggle a bit (although I am not shy) but I found myself opening up easily and listening to people's issues. The effect of listening helps you formulate solutions, so you can coach/lead your team in that direction without actually telling them what to do. I am so pleased I attended the course
