Very well structured training, not too much to take in during one session with well timed breaks. Daphne was very interactive with all in the training session and was also using everyone's names which I thought was good.

I felt the overall session was very useful and learned different ways of navigating into the system.

Really useful interactive course with plenty of comfort breaks and opportunities for note taking. Some great high level psychology science too.

The booklet doesn't quite follow the lesson plan in terms of content Vs slides.

I found useful to discuss techniques and tools to improve our conversation.
