I was sceptical about the training to begin with but it was actually a very welcoming environment where you could be yourself and talk about different points of view and ideas which was well appreciated. Looking forward to the next sessions.

I was quite nervous about joining the course as felt I had limited knowledge around what would be entailed. After the induction, it has made me feel more confident and more determined to start the course and learn a new way of working.

This training was excellent and worked really well online - Sal was very knowledgeable and engaging. She was up front when she didn't immediately know the answer to a question about allowing multiple selections from a list in one cell, that I and one of the other delegates had. She was able to get an answer for us during the lunch break, which I appreciated.

Darren was fantastic! He kept everyone engaged and was so constructive and accommodating to the needs of the group. The training itself went on slightly long, though that could be in part due to in being a bit of a gloomy Monday!

Excellent course and facilitator who kept the pace appropriate for all members of the group. Wouldn't hesitate to recommend.

Ebeji worked at a very good pace and was very encouraging and supportive of everyone. She was able to work around peoples pace and give more time to those who needed it while pushing and encouraging those who were further ahead.

Excellent day, lots covered and we explored what I thought I knew but didn't really. Ebe was a wonderful trainer, no question too silly.
