Gill was wonderful today, she was very engaging and interacted with everyone on the call. I enjoyed the course today and learned some helpful tips and tricks to help me with Outlook.

As a new starter in my organisation and an IT novice this training has enabled me to optimise my time and work more efficiently and effectively. Gill is approachable, supportive and the practice sessions helped me to embed the learning . I did not expect IT training to be fun!

Best session so far. Being in-person gave greater impact and assimilation to the learnings. Loves the opportunity to learn from fellow cohorts. In-person enabled greater ease of exchange of ideas and experience. Really inspiring day.
