The course is engaging - could have done with more guidance around pulling together the evidence pack.

Really useful and well run course. The pace of learning was well judged and the facilitator was careful to check in with learners to check she was going at the right pace for the whole group.

I wonder if further opportunities/ broader opportunities to consider how to navigate and approach conflict management through scenarios/ approaches may be offered/ beneficial in future. For example linking to coaching and how coaching questions/ NVC can be used to support (?) feel reassured from today's conversations that following evidence packs shall be clearer to navigate and access.

It was a well planned and delivered session. It was very engaging where there was visual on the board and active tasks to complete throughout the day.

Keep up the sharing and training

It was a good size group with enough people to be interactive and not too many to make it difficult to cope with for Ebe, our trainer. The pace of the course was great and the early finish was a bonus. Being self taught, it was really good to find out I knew most of the stuff on the course but got enough handy tips and and shortcuts to make it worthwhile.
