Great course - quite packed! Good value

Good setup, feel like I got both value and future tools out of the session.

Really enjoyed the teaching and engagement method used by Mike. He was very positive throughout and obviously very lovely. The class was easy to keep up with and everything was easy to learn and pick up. Enjoyed it very much.

Good time to reflect and learnt a lot about ourselves

This is my first Management post and having this training was really eye opening as the the style of management that is most productive and enjoyable for both staff and managers, I was employing some of the strategies instinctively, but having learning that these are founded in fact and research has given me more confidence in my own practice.

I thought everything today was very good. Sal was engaging and explained everything well. The venue was good, nice amenities and a pleasant building to be around.
