Very positive session. Gave all a good understanding of the key themes to allow specific lessons to be learned on coaching etc.

I found the course to be really engaging and Gill did a great job of keeping everyone involved. The course pace was perfect and didnt feel like we were rushing or that it was going too slow.

Facilitator made sure we were all involved and understood everything and went at a pace that was doable.

Gill was really friendly and presented the session very well, at a good pace leaving no one behind, not rushing us and explaining everything clearly and making Excel less daunting.

Overall the Facilitator was great, very patient with all students. Did not make the course boring at all and was very interactive. Made us feel comfortable with asking for help! Thank you
