Really clear course

I always find Gill very kind and reassuring and she is always happy to slow down and explain things when I need to ask questions or expand on things I might not know.

Daphne was a brilliant instructor who paced the day very well as well as making the content clear and allowed people to work at their own pace.

Lovely Venue, with a good cafe. A great learning environment and we were allowed to follow at our own pace and not feel left behind. Good use of supplementary materials and it's nice to have the helpline available to us after the course if we think there's something that needs to be refreshed.

Really enjoyable course, the trainer was so helpful and continued to ask us questions to keep us engaged. Hospitality was also excellent!
