Very good course. I wanted some practical and actionable tips and that's what I got. I liked the fact that, despite it being an 'interactive' course, we were never put on the spot or felt awkward. I think using the '1 2 4 all' method helps with this and wish more course providers would use that!

Gill was a wonderful tutor radiating patience and passion for what she does. She made the experience of Excel, which was previously uncertain and even intimidating, enjoyable and exciting. Despite our group's occasional lack of immediate interaction, she remained steadfast and determined without ever coming across as pushy or overbearing.
