I was lucky enough to meet Sal in Excel Level 1, and got her for Excel Level 2 which I was delighted to see. She's really encouraging and patient, and super knowledgeable. A lot of the content was completely new to me, so I think I need some space to go and practise what I have learnt. But Sal showed what is possible to do in Excel, and it's pretty exciting!
I liked the way this course is structured- very well organized,friendly atmosphere, The facilitator is knowledgeable,, kind and polite .
Excellent trainer and training. I would have wished to have a bit more on pivot tables.

Sal (Trainer) was excellent, she involved everyone in during the training and ensure that we are understand and learn during the session.
I think Natalie handled the various personalities in the room well, and demonstrated assertive behaviour throughout the course. The content was great and I have more tools to help me be assertive in my personal and professional life
