I was very nervous starting this course as I thought I wouldn't know enough and feel out of my depth. However, the contents of the course has refreshed my memory and made me feel much more confident about using Excel. The trainer checked in regularly to make sure I was still keeping up which was a good thing.

Fantastic course, extremely useful and helpful. The facilitator, Pat, was warm, friendly and approachable with great knowledge. Pat took the time to take on board our questions, he was flexible and adapted the content to suit our questions and needs when necessary. I've truly learnt so much from today!

I did do the training before and did this one as a refresher so was very helpful as I still hadn't saved any documents to sharepoint before now. Having a small group was great too.
