A brilliant course and pace

Excellent source of learning with the right pace of interactions

The training helps to meet my need as new staff

Lots of quicker ways to do things and learned more ways to use Dynamics. I particularly liked the HR Dynamics section to set activities and objects like 1-1's for team members. Would recommend.

The training gave a good overall of CRM and I wished we had had this as part of my induction

I actually really enjoyed today's session, and usually I do not like interactive sessions. The trainer really made me feel at ease and comfortable. There was the right amount of people in the session.

This was a fantastic session. The facilitator got me from where i was and moved with me at a very good pace, he was patient and enabled us to practice along the way. Thank you very much for making it interesting
