Lovely trainer, nice to think differently and assess ways of working

Great and engaging workshop.

Introduction was clear and allowed me to find it more approachable than I thought it would be

Enjoyable session - good to speak to range colleagues by mixing tables up

Felt like a whistle-stop tour at times as so much was packed in (we gave the constraint of the time). Both reassuring about where we are at in terms of organisational culture but some helpful challenges about how we can go further, some more challenging than others.

The session was really useful and Racheal was a good facilitator - she was able to provide relevant answers to my questions

Ticked the boxes and expectations of giving me ideas for improved work performance in a more fun and interactive way.

Good - felt like a lot of 'getting to know' each other as leaders a bit more than I'd expected. Look forward to learning more, some tools or tactics and ideas etc

Gill was an excellent / patient and well qualified Instructor

I know alot about TA and paraphrasing, silence, reflection, open questions from counseling training so today was not so much suited to my training needs but was nice to see it is used in other types of training away from counselling.
