I was able to learn new tasks which I can input into my work life, and also giving me the tools to progress.

Lovely venue, incredibly welcoming. Facilitator seemed knowledgeable on content and worked at a pace that worked for all. Was good at involving all participents.

Could always do with more time.

The trainer was very good at explaining each topic and checking that we all understood how to apply the information as we went along. I liked the structure of having a worksheet to work on whilst the trainer was teaching us. This made it easier to understand and apply to a working document.
