Loved the facilitator - kept something which could be quite dull fun and took it at an empathetic and supportive pace. The facilitator was also able to adapt and to respond to questions which were outside of the course content.

Darren was a really great facilitator- he talked us through the work at an accessible pace, and found great ways for us to engage with and practice using the formulas etc ourselves. Thanks Darren!

Darren had a very calm way of explaining things, he wasn't rushing anybody and was always keen to go back to certain points and provide detailed overview. It was evident that he has a clear passion for the subject area and could give a lot of real life examples where we could find certain functions useful

I was worried with this course being online that it would be death by powerpoint but was impressed with the level of interaction and use of breakout rooms.

Led really well and it was very engaging I found being put in different breakout rooms with different people every time slightly unhelpful , as you had to reintroduce every time . I think being with the same people each time in the breakout rooms would encourage fostering closer links though the course and the day , starting to build more of a rapport based on previous conversations, encourage more trust and honesty in sharing of experiences.
