Really interesting, well presented and enjoyable
I found Rachael to be very approachable and relatable; examples were relevant and delivery style were aimed well. I was relieved that the smaller group activities were enjoyable and not cringey, I got so much more out of the session being able to focus, rather than think up quippy ice-breaker type answers.
Very useful and informative course. The day went too quick.
