I feel that I can refer back to notes and understand new methods of dealing with issues.
Very helpful and engaging tutor which makes the learning process much easier and enjoyable. Teaches us and then allows us to practice so us as learners are always involved and focussed on the training. Daphne is also very approachable which makes it easier to ask questions throughout the session. This session was very useful and taught me things about using Teams that i wasnt previously aware of despite using the application for several years.
It was a fantastic and very memorable course with a lot of cause for reflection
I have enjoyed the session, the pace and more importantly loved the reflections. I have enjoyed the chat with Sarah about the issues I want to have more clarity on.
