the course was well structured and as it was online allowed us to trial what we were discussing. I already knew some of the actions, however it very much reinforced what I knew. I will be training out what I have learnt to my team

Being a complete novice it went a bit quick for me in places but nothing to do with the course leader, just my slowness. I will look forward to receiving the manual so that I can go through it again at my own pace. Would like to thank Gill and my company for giving us this training. I previously opened, read and filed emails not knowing what else Outlook can do.

Gill was wonderful today, she was very engaging and interacted with everyone on the call. I enjoyed the course today and learned some helpful tips and tricks to help me with Outlook.
