Excellent course that covered all the key points of word report writing. The facilitator also kindly added an additonal mail-merge section of the course, because we requested it.

Rachael was fantastic and had a lot of tips, practical examples and experience to share with us. The day was very motivating and re-focussed the mind on how to improve our work with stakeholders. Rachael was able to answer off-piste questions that were also very helpful, and made the whole day very enjoyable.

A great course with a lovely and experienced facilitator. I have only given it a 3 re meeting my personal objectives as I have done (and run!) similar courses in previous roles but it was a great course, enthusiastically given and I enjoyed it, love the opportunity to learn with colleagues and have taken away positive things from it. It is great to have the opportunity be be training with colleagues and an experienced facilitator especially in person. More please!

The Training was very insightful and allowed me to think deeply about negative habits I have. It made me realise that I could be more mindful in my daily tasks and also be less hard on myself. Kay was inviting and made it easy for us all to join in on conversation.
