I thought that both sessions of the training were well run and well paced. I hope that I will be able to incorporate what I have learnt into my day to day working.
It is very hands on and fast paced, but easy to follow as long as you are focused.
Rachael is a great facilitator and brought very interesting and useful insights. I was very interested in the liberating structures, so will try to find out more techniques for myself online. I like the way she used the knowledge of the room combining it with her own insights and recommendations.
