Enjoyed the combination of reflection and discussion

My curiosity around the subject was sated.

Would have like more factual learning rather than discussion, but that's just my preference.

I think it gave some good practical suggestions, but felt it could have been shorter. The first 40 minutes were intros and things which didn't really give much to participants. If the facilitator finds them useful, perhaps we could have shared those with them ahead of the session and then just jumped straight into it. People at the Library are often time poor and those 40 minutes back would have been really helpful.

Really interesting topics covered. It would be good to do a whole day on this subject matter and really delve into it more. It would be good to do this in person rather than on-line. Rachael was a very thoughtful and friendly facilitator. Thank you!

I enjoyed the coaching bits, even though it was challenging and took me out of my comfort zone. I also really enjoyed the prep work for this session, and will refer back to it in future I'm sure.

The training was very interactive. The facilitator assigned tasks to practice what he just taught us.

This is the first time I am able to say that I understood all the aspects explained in an Excel course.

Really enjoyed it and found it very beneficial as I use Excel 70% of my day, the instructor was informative, gave a very balance presentation inclusive of all kind of users whilst keeping it interesting.

Thoroughly enjoyed my day learning with Sal, very informative.
