Really great starting session, enthusiastic to try some of the new techniques learned.
I felt it was the right pace, it wasn't too heavy and kept me captured throughout.
Gave good time for reflection and also ideas to use in the future. Nice mix of group work and breakout rooms.

Adele was a really lovely trainer, she provided a safe space for people to ask questions and always checked in on people when doing tasks.
I am really enjoying this course and everyone in our team. I feel comfortable with everyone and able to open up.
