Great course - explained everything I think we will be using

Suzi is an amazing facilitator who believes in what she is preaching. The course was great and it was fantastic to have it spread out. I feel like i have learnt so much but also that i have been able to implement it which is very empowering. What I loved 1) Relevant topics 2) Actionable activities and frameworks that make the process easier Feedback to improve: 1) Started feeling a little stretched towards the end. For me mostly it was frustration of not being able to implement the learnings fast enough to mentally consolidate it. on me, not you guys. 2) I was really looking forward to the emotional resilience topic..startups definitely need it but felt let down by the content. Perhaps relevant for a company that has never thought about it at all but it felt very generic and basic. I would have liked more discourse on handling/supporting people when their resilience is low as well as accepting IT as part of life

One of the most comprehensive, inspiring leadership trainings that I have participated in. The facilitation from Suzi was excellent. She adapted her style to ensure that we got the most out of the training. Highly recommended for new leaders and new leadership teams.
