It was fortunate to have a small group, so the pace was spot on. Daphne was the trainer, and very helpful and knowledgeable. Really enjoyed being a participant today.

Each time I participate in the workshop, I discover new information. The instructor is patient and communicates effectively.

It was really nice that the facilitator got us to teach each other and get involved- really helped with consolidating learning.

It was a great session - Everything was presented with common sense logic in mind. Also the practical worksheets had opportunities to expand on each topic for further learning.

Loved this session focusing on mentoring and coaching. I had some really positive discussions in the breakout rooms today, I feel like I can open up more in a 121 to conversation, rather than more people/group so it worked well for me. I'm proud of myself and how engaged I was in todays session. I have gone away feeling really positive and energised (even if it's nearly 5pm! lol) It's boosted my mood, so thank you!

Daphne is a very thorough and patient trainer. Today's course was informative and enjoyable. I have learned much and now feel more confident when tutoring online courses via Teams.
