Great start to the course!

Ester was brilliant - i only scored 3 for meeting my objectives because Ester did such a great job of including some of my colleagues who were less experienced in presenting to make sure they understood, that some of it was things i was confident in already. so not a criticism as it was important that they were supported to understand.

So far so good with the course in general.

I think that experiencing the different structures is the best way to start learning them, and that was done really effectively. I thought Leanne did a great job in bring life to what could be a really dry subject. It was quite an intense workshop but really valuable too.

The course is a good refresher for me and it help to underline the best practices and approach to my role.

Very good and informative and will be useful

As it only being the first session its hard to know what is coming and what will be learned from the course. However, Rachel is a very calm and confident facilitator and set the intentions is a very welcoming and clear way.

Especially in the early stage of a Programme - getting to know each other, exchanging and building up relationship and trust - it's a challange to do so online. Well done though!!
