Learnt useful practices, realized my normal approach is to resolve/mentor, however to coach will bring more value and I now understand the different tools to do this

I feel that this is very interesting and and I am enthusiastic about my learning and participation. I am worried about relaying the past two days to my buddy.

There is much more to work on and I think the 3 month gap will help with that.

I have thoroughly enjoyed the training today and this is giving me a good insight to my future potential within leadership & management roles.

Paul was a very good facilitator - was good at involving everyone. smiley and seems to enjoy his work and really know his stuff. I think these are hard courses to do on line and he managed it very well. Overall it is a long time to spend on a zoom course as don't usually sit down for the whole day at screen and i do wonder whether the pace could be a little quicker.

very interesting lots of things to take away and do with my teams. going to invest in some of the books mentioned. fuse has lots of good information and videos.
