Great course for beginners. Tutor was excellent and very patient.
Sal was great, good pace, enough breaks and kept the energy up throughout.
i really liked the trainer she was not too fast or too sloe. every other minute she made sure that all of us were understanding what is being taught and that we are all following through . kept us well engaged and well informed.
Great training, very helpful, clear communication, great material and very interactive.
