Excellent training - great interaction with the rest of the candidates. Good amount of people participating. Didn't feel hurried so learnt loads.
Loved it! Learnt so many usedul tips and found it a great space to reflect on how i manage and what i could do better.

All in all I found it challenging but valuable, doing the storytelling piece of work allowed me to identify where I need to think about and refine the reasons for change but I loved the liberating structures work in pulling out thinking that I didn't even know I had!
The training structure was well laid out and fully completed and expanded upon at a good pace. I particularly loved the way the trainer and each member (students) took part in demonstrating the tasks which I didn't expect and while doing so, I learnt more. The trainer was clear, concise and very patient even if some of us misunderstood. Overall I thoroughly enjoyed the training,

Best training I’ve been on in years. Facilitator was mindful of identity and content was curated to be mindful of neurodiversity and culture. I took so much away !
