I have really enjoyed this group session meetings, Paul has been grate and involved us all in the team work and we all had a chance to express ourselves in our own way. I have learnt few new things I have mentioned previously on survey such as about the tame your inbox, psychological safety, inner chimp, different leadership styles and how we can be biased, resilience of team etc..
I really enjoyed it and it was both informative and challenging
Really informative! The best bit was the practical exercises that got you thinking about actual examples.
I am in the beginning of my management journey so this has really helped me build foundation in that journey and its been useful to listen to different experiences and point of views.
Great exercise and questions to reflect upon and to take away in my own work. I really enjoyed the practicality of it all!
