Fantastic. got us all involved and took the time to go back to basics for me an my colleague at the start of the training.

I really enjoyed both days of the training and found them challenging yet enjoyable - I feel equipped with new skills and pushed to try new approaches and look at the same problems differently.

Positive, inclusive

Enjoyed the pace and interraction today. Frkt like there were many different theories presented in one day...I world have preferred some of these in yesterday session

Very good teacher-I need to go back and do level 1 in order to feel more confident about when you would apply these strategies

Paul (presenter) was friendly and very knowledgeable and involved everyone in the training. He was able to deliver the training so that all understood and could use Visio. Only slight negative was the pace of the training as it possible could have been delivered in a shorter space of time however I acknowledge that with a group that has mixed levels of tech skill this is difficult.

It was a good course! It is quite tricky engaging a group of strangers over a video call and I think the trainer did this well. It was a good balance of being shown things and then getting to go and try it and do it yourself/then having the support to straight away ask questions. Very useful!

Although I am not managing paid staff but I work closely with volunteers. I can use some of the elements we cover in this session to mange also how to delegate tasks and responsibilities.

Really enjoyed the interactive elements of the course and the step by step

Some new concepts learnt. many more wishes to be accomplished.
