I really enjoyed today's session. However, it was quite content heavy and most of the techniques will require quite extensive practice. I am not sure if I will be able to implement all of them in my communication till the next session.

Generally, I felt it was well paced and I was able to follow it. However when it came to areas that were more complicated and took more time I was conscious I was falling behind.

Very worth while course, enjoyable experience, One Drive now seems like a friendly work space rather than a piece of scary new software.

Very informative and engaging. Liked the activities within the course and how it was broken up with breaks so it didn't feel like you were being crammed with information.
