i really liked the trainer she was not too fast or too sloe. every other minute she made sure that all of us were understanding what is being taught and that we are all following through . kept us well engaged and well informed.

I have done this kind of training a number of times and have usually found it too overwhelming, but I found this course well paced even though it was packed with lots of information. Rachel was very engaging and we all felt comfortable talking.
Excellent course overall. The facilitator was great at allowing me to apply the learning to my day to day tasks, thus making it more tangible. I was given ample time to practise each objective, allowing me to actually understand it. In regard to the venue Happy is great, but it isn't set up for a larger built person. it is rather difficult to close the toilet cubicle doors when you are in them. The table and chairs set up in the canteen are also very difficult to navigate through.
