It was a great course, the facilitator was informative and very patient.

Well organised considering it was last minute due to train strikes

The content of the course was very knowledgeable. Some parts of the course I had already used, some were completely new to me. It was interactive which kept everyone actively engaged. By late afternoon I started to slow down and lose my way a bit - but I still managed to keep up. Overall, the course was great and learnt a lot - I will definitely be using some of the features and function in my daily role. Looking forward to the next one.

Christine Freeman was very patient with our group that contained a mixture of MS Team user experiences. I liked that the session was interactive and so it did not feel like we were being talked at. I am looking forward to the next session with her.

The course was really useful and very helpful. The facilitator explained everything really well and went through each step very clearly. She was super friendly and involved us all in the discussions during the training. The training also had lots of practical examples as well.

I found the course practical. It would have been helpful to have a little more time to work on planning example projects in Planner. I found the course required you to process lots of instructions in a short time and difficult to swap between Gill's very useful instruction on Zoom and trialing those instructions on teams/planner. I am looking forward to implementing some of what I learnt on the course.
