Sal had such a nice way about her to make it light, keep it fun, and bring some humour to it. I really liked her style and she obviously knew her stuff and was able to help when we had questions. The pace was about right and we've come away with practical examples to test out, as well as an understanding of where there might be challenges.

I really enjoyed the session. It was very informative and the teacher was very knowledgeable on how to teach and her practice methods were effective for me.
