It's really difficult to introduce such a lot of major topics in one day but Nicky was brilliant - just the right level of interaction and keeping people involved. An enjoyable day. :)
This was a particularly eye opening session about trust in the workplace, but also how standard recruitment fails at getting the right people for the job. This has been incredibly useful.
