Adele was a great facilitator. She explained everything clearly and answered everyone's questions and regularly checked to make sure that all that were attending understood what was being discussed.

Course was interactive and engaging with lot of questions and workshops.

it was a very good course where I learned despite the length of the course 9 am to 5 pm I was able to maintain my interest and focus throughout the day.

I found it extremely interactive and I learnt alot from today. Sal was great - lots of screen sharing which kept us engaged. I enjoyed the exercises and it was great that we were all involved rather than just watching and taking notes. It was easy to ask Sal to repeat or help us on something if we werent sure.

Please sort out the confusion of the platform we should use ZOOM or Teams

This was really helpful, especially as someone with a purely clinical background who has entered into management without any formal training.
