The course moved at a really good pace - I didn't feel like it was tons at once but I feel like I've taken loads from the day that will actually save me time every day.
The training was very well structured and Sal was very good at breaking down/explaining how and where to find things, regardless of skill level. It didn't feel too overwhelming even though there was a lot of information, and I like that I can keep the training spreadsheet to practice etc.
The training was very useful - ideal for what we needed.

The presenter Christine was the best presenter I have ever had on a training course! The course went at the pace of the group (not rushed and not too slow) and Christine was precice and cheerful all the way through. It made the experience fun and I have learnt a lot of new things that I will put into practice straight away.

Training was very useful and well delivered. Facilitator, Christine, is very friendly and knowledgeable, always ready and happy to help. She kept track on all of us making sure that no one stays behind and if someone needs help, they will get it:). She also supplied us with helpful links and advice where and how to get help.
