A great bite-sized course that was packed full of useful info. Not drawn out or too long, it was just the right length for the content and subject matter.

Great to just spend an hour on this - not too long to interrupt a day's work, but long enough to do the subject justice. Good pace and covered enough ground with appropriate tools and solutions to take away.

I am finding this course extremely interesting and have learnt a lot in the past few weeks. I am definitely incorporating my learning styles into my day-to-day working and this is providing me with scope to delegate more, push back work that i do not need to be involved in and see things differently.

There is a good balance of breakout sessions, learning through the use of PowerPoint and interactive workshops using wide variety of tools.

I am finding the course really interesting and have learned a lot so far. Michael is really approachable and supportive.
