I feel like the session would have been better over 2 or more days, to give slightly more time to delve deeper into some of the topics

This course was not for me. I didn't find any value in it. It's probably a case of not being correct for my personality but I can't see me using any of it. I don't enjoy the forced fun and thought my time would have been better spent doing some work.

Today was a really good session, there were lots of powerful points especially the Paper Plane exercise and the active listening segment
