Thoroughly enjoyed the session. Edmond was incredibly upbeat, positive. Edmond was interactive and attentive throughout the day. Easy to follow and keep up- If not took the time to ensure that everyone was on track. Good value of knowledge learnt from the day- Love the fact that I have a reference book to go away with all the shortcuts to use.

Excellent, the trainer taught me on the system I use at work, going through my own folders, so was very relevant and I could see what I needed to do.
