I enjoyed today, I found it more tiring but that is good as I'm being challenged, its made me consider how I manage situations and where I thought I was doing it well whereas I could really do better,

I really liked Rachael's style of facilitating and the topics that she covered are very useful for our work. However, it was a pity that we had to cover the second part (Planning to Support Capacity Building) so fast and couldn't discuss more.

I really enjoyed this course, and also speaking with other people I don’t know at all or on,y slightly, and hearing their experiences and ideas. I could easily have gone all day and done more/talked more.
