Really helpful, I really enjoy training sessions with Happy, I always take so much from them into my day-to-day work. Sal is a great teacher, thank you! I couldn't recommend the course highly enough!
It was A great course, I have learnt a lot, and I had the space to reflect. In a supportive and non-judgmental environment. It helped me see I am not alone with my thoughts.

Really enjoyed today's course. Paul is an excellent "tutor" and was so good at making people feel at ease. Another thing he did was allow people to talk and he listened and it made me feel heard on a couple of subjects that I felt had been dismissed in the real world. Lots of fun as well, the course had lots of dimensions to it and it was just very interesting and I've got lots of things I am taking away from it.
After this course I feel more able to visualise and implement my goals, with more confidence and self-belief to performance well in my role.
Need more time to absorb and digest content and explore more some of the things shared
