Very interesting and have gained more knowledge and understanding of the use of power point

I have had training before at Happy and it was a good experience then and I was a good day today as well. It is really nice to feel pampered and looked after (good food and snacks) as well as having a good facilitator.

Exceed expectations

The course meets my expectation. I will ask all my deputy ward manager to come on the course. It is of great value.

I found the course was very interesting and informative. The facilitator was very good at explaining in easy to understand language. She was very helpful and patient. The food and refreshments was very nice and a nice enviornment to work in.

Great session, thought provoking, interactive and provided some useful tools and techniques to put in place back at the college to develop physchological safety and to have purposeful discussions which give everyone a voice
