Again being online didn't work as well and felt longer and we didn't end up covering everything we were supposed to

Having to do this online over the last two days has meant the structure and pace have suffered. I understand this method has been chosen by our employer and will be feeding back to them my concerns that this has impacted the quality of the learning opportunity

Course was disrupted by technology issues

We are missing out on learning and content activities due toIT iissues. It's so frustrating for so many of us and doing the course content online means we are not getting to do the full.course

Found it difficult to keep up with it at times and comms was a little challenging

This course was online and although I am a trainer for UNISON College it was hard to stay focused for the whole day.

Gill was very helpful and friendly. Answering all my questions and able to tailor the course to the content I required.

For the 1-1 format, I really liked the way that Nicky adapted the course today. She also shared examples that were really interesting & relevant. I'm looking forward to receiving the digital handout.

I loved the training session , the tutor was absolutely amazing . I cleared out all of my doubts and now I have the absolute confidence to use excel in Mac software
