Mike was a great facilitator and I enjoyed his delivery style. The way he split the groups into projects and gave us opportunity to work through the different stages related to each project was really useful and make the learning much more applicable and tangible. The only negative point was that he lost the room in the last hour I felt and changed his approach to more of talking at us with limited engagement from the learners and no group activities. I therefore felt that this part of the session had less impact. I cannot answer the question about how useful is the manual/booklet as in all honesty I have not looked at it since we were given it at the end of the course - I have had to put 1 star but that is the reason why.
The facilitator made the course topic very relevant to our area of work. She was very engaging and enthusiastic about the subject.
Very informative overview of Agile and associated project management methodologies
Good course. Very helpful. Facilitator was good on the whole, but the last 90 minutes or so tailed off as the delivery style was just talking at us for the 90 minutes.
A few people were identified in our organisation to complete this course , so all managers came, but for me I feel I dont find the things we focused on as useful as some of the other problems in my job. Wasn’t the courses / facilitators fault.
It was a great experience and I will be coming to the level 3 course
Good Overall day learnt a lot about the basics of excel and i am now more able with it. However its hard to see how much it will help untill i go back to work, things could be more workplace relevant. Then again its hard to organise a course that caters to individuals as its understandably more effiecient to do more general courses.
I felt a bit too advanced for the course. A lot was covered which I already knew.
I have learnt a lot from this course which will help with my personal development in my job role and I felt the facilitator was very helpful in making sure we all understood.
