Very insightful and interactive session.

Through the training I have learnt to remain flexible and positive when priorities change, build confidence and quickly adopt to new skills, and adjust my approach to meet evolving needs without fear.

It was good course

The session was very interactive and engaging. Sal was brilliant, engaging everyone and answering all the questions. Delegate should be advised to have extra monitor to maximize the session and practice during the session.

The training was well structured, engaging and very relevant to everyday management challenges. the focus on developing a positive attitude and growth mindset was especially impactful.

The course was very good. I thoroughly enjoyed it both from a personal and professional perspective. It has given me insights to my own behaviour and how small changes can make a big difference. The pace was good, we had a small group and so we were able to get more out of it. The others on the course were lovely and supportive. I would 100% recommend Happy and I would love to go on more courses, if and when funds allow.
