Rachael is a great facilitator and brought very interesting and useful insights. I was very interested in the liberating structures, so will try to find out more techniques for myself online. I like the way she used the knowledge of the room combining it with her own insights and recommendations.

Really well structured - plenty of time on each topic and the opportunity to hear from others in the group. Variety of people in the breakout rooms - good to liaise with everyone in the group

I enjoyed today, I found it more tiring but that is good as I'm being challenged, its made me consider how I manage situations and where I thought I was doing it well whereas I could really do better,

I really liked Rachael's style of facilitating and the topics that she covered are very useful for our work. However, it was a pity that we had to cover the second part (Planning to Support Capacity Building) so fast and couldn't discuss more.
