Great venue, helpful staff and awesome refreshments. Very inspiring space. Enjoyed the course and found it useful at the basic level I need. Facilitator was friendly and helpful - if a little forgetful with names.
Would have been useful for me to look at some case studies on some of the topics, such as coaching before practising it myself

Had to ask for course outline (it was not send ahead of time as info said it would be); the outline received stated that an older version of Access would be used (not 2016 which we used)
A useful day, but I did not fully understand / follow the section on work breakdown structure.
